Heather Tanella has been a resident of Westfield, New Jersey for the past 15 years, where she lives with her husband, their three sons—Michael, Vincent, and Anthony—and their puppy, Cooper. A graduate of Bryant University with a degree in Finance and a minor in Legal Studies, Heather began her career in financial services at Goldman Sachs before moving to Merrill Lynch and later Morgan Stanley, where she worked in Global Private Client Services supporting high-net-worth clients and managing key client relationships.

After stepping away from her career to focus on raising her family, Heather became deeply involved in both her school and local communities. Over the years, she has taken on numerous leadership roles through PTO initiatives, supported local youth sports, and dedicated countless hours to volunteer efforts. She is also an active member of Echo Lake Country Club, where she serves on the Membership Committee and enjoys playing golf and paddle.

As she enters an exciting new chapter, Heather is transitioning her professional focus into real estate, bringing with her a strong foundation in client service, relationship-building, organization, and attention to detail. Heather is highly motivated and passionate about connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and fostering strong, vibrant communities.
